NOPD in conjuction with Carrollton Area Network neighborhoods have created a group on “Google Groups” which is entitled 2nd District Email Blast. Effective immediately May 21, 2008 the Email Blasts have switched to the Google site.

The switch accomplishes the following:
- Email Blasts are sent directly to interested individuals or groups.
- Email addresses are confidential and secure.
- Greater ease in managing Email Blast accounts.
- Quicker distribution of information.
