		<description>Realtor speaking..... yes they are insurable, appreciating value.. ask yourself this would you buy a $200,000.00 home that cost the previous owner under 80,000.00 with no ability to renovate it. Every piece is permanently affixed to the main structure.
 Our industry in New Orleans has not yet made provisions on separating the values of modular versus site built. be careful! This new housing is glamorous trailer in a high end area.</description>
